I'm 25yo i have pcod problem and I'm getting treated for it but I'm still not sure About My diet as in what should I eat.. I have stopped all outside food and ghee, maida, rice fried food. But still not sure about what to eat on a regular diet.. Could you help me getting a diet plan considering my pcod problem
