Hi
Give him fruit juices unstrained, and fruit salad pieces with honey, and vegetables salad..for more fiber, low gi foods containing complex carbs, moderate plant protein foods, moderate fats from diet, ghee in dal compulsory, and he should be daily active wrt to physical activities ..
Mash the fruits and give him..as that helps with easy bowel movements..not sitting much , plenty of water, more fiber from diet are all essential..
Give him 2 curries for lunch with rice as it's beneficial..for easy poop.
He can have nuts, seeds, dry fruits etc..bananas, dates and all seasonal fruits and vegetables etc.
Thankyou
Ok good give plenty of vegetables in all meals, with greengram sprouts cooked.
Mix dry fruits powder and make it a drink in milk.
Vegsoups,veg khichdi are also recommended.
Fruits smoothies are also good.
