Diet modification for fatty liver
I am a 33 year old male, 5 foot 9 inches tall and around 75kgs with sedentary life style. I have hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolemia and Non alcoholic fatty liver disease that I was diagnosed with at the age of 25. However, later the non alcoholic fatty liver disease was fully reversed after significant weight loss. But for the past 3 to 4 years I have made a habit of eating 4 parathas made with desi ghee in breakfast everyday and started taking 400ml of mother dairy toned milk on alternate days for the past 4 to 5 months. Now I suspect that I might have developed the non alcoholic fatty liver again due to the sudden occurrence of abdominal fat. I eat 4 parathas in breakfast with milk tea, 4 to 6 rotis with any sabzi in lunch, snacks like chips and kurkure with tea in the evening followed by 400ml of mother dairy toned milk and 4 to 6 rotis with any daals in dinner. What are the foods I should exclude and add in my diet to reverse and avoid the fatty liver again quickly?

Eat plenty of vegetables, grams, lentils, fruits ,sprouts in ur daily meals. Millets are good source of fibre on place of rice, wheat. Sugarcane juice, freshfruit juice, tendercoconut water ,lemon water, papaya, gauva, apple, berries, are all good. Avoid nonveg, alcohol, oilyspicyfoofs, fastfoods, bakeryfoods, preserved foods. Walking, yoga can be included as physical activities as a routine. Kaalmegh syrup twotsf twice a day is advised. Drink enough water. Sleep leisurely as atleast for six hrs at night.

Kindly  first consult a physician and further analysis   to rule out a NAFL disease then we can discuss  about your diet requirements, I hope it is fine because  mere suspicion is not a true marker
