Diet intake for anxiety
I am suffering from anxiety I think so. I did the test on echo my thyroid my urine test all came back normal. It's started June 2023, March - April 2024 was fine and I didn't get any symptoms of anxiety and panic attack but now I feel like the negative thoughts are back and I have health anxiety. I know how to live with it I get up I go to class with the symptoms. I sometimes do fear of heart attack if I feel slightly pain in my left area I'm 22 female. When I'm extremely stress and couldn't think I have gerd and sometimes associated with stomach ache and I'll take sucral after food and everything is fine. But when supplements might help me to overcome this thing cause it's triggering me. And affect my concentration My daily life my sleep relationships etc. Can you recommend a diet plan or supplements?
