Take 1 glass lemon juice water,add a little turmeric, chia seeds, cinnamon early morning.for breakfast, you can have idli/upmarket/chapati-vegetables(add 1 TSP ghee).
Drink a glass of coconut water daily
For lunch(Chapati+spinach)
For dinner , you can have soups/dalia/khichdi
Post Dinner-1 cup turmeric milk
