Hi, I am Ankit and I have started exercising( jogging currently and will opt for push ups in few days) and got advice from a friend to check with the dietician for a diet chart before starting and lookout through practo app. My weight is around 52 kgs and want to know what diet to follow( I eat eggs apart from veggies) for myself in order to gain weight and build muscle. Hello, Ankit.! I would like to tell you foremostly that workout alone can never help anyone to gain/lose weight and, also not the muscle gaining/body building part. It’s always diet that helps you turn your body to how you want it to be. So, connect with me, and, we’ll definitely look into your schedule, diet issues, and, also your preferences. Sports nutrition is completely a different task, and, I’m definitely going to help you with that.
Next Steps
Till then, add upto 60gms of protein in your diet, but, don’t take any heavy proteins (like; Paneer, Chicken, Egg,etc.) at night, it can lead to poor digestion. For proper diet plan and, consultation, contact me directly through practo.
Health Tips
•Drink plenty of water. •Add fluids in your diet. •Heavy Proteins can be added in Lunch, every alternate day (as of now).

Hi To gain weight you need to follow a high calorie high protein diet but i cannot plan your diet here without knowing your time schedule, diet schedule and medical history. So I would recommend you have one to one counseling session with me so that i can plan your diet personalized way according to you your likes and dislikes. If you wanna discuss further you can call or whatsapp on the number mention on my practo profile. For a while you can follow following weight gain tips which may help you to some extent > Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns > Eat Plenty of Protein > Fill up on Plenty of Carbs and Fat and Eat at Least 3 Times per Day > Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. > Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. > Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories >Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you're trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. > Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. DISCLAIMER : If u have any other medical issue then tips will change in that case. Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
