Hello, To lower blood sugar effectively you need to follow Balance diet which is complex carbohydrates, high fiber, moderate protein and low fat. You should do lifestyle modifications simple simple changes , good sleep, stress management, yoga.  Management of Diabetes is a collaborative result of well balanced nutrition, physical activity  minimum 4 times to maximum 6 times / week for about 30 mins to 60 mins , 7-8 hrs undisturbed sleep every night and stress management activities on daily basis for about 30 mins minimum in whole day. Studies show that lack of physical activity, sleep or disturb sleep and lack of management of stress lead to negative effect on functioning  of all enzymes and hormones in the human body.  Diabetes is a hormonal disorder this can be corrected with proper diet and lifestyle modifications.
