Hi Team, this is Nisha. I want a proper diet chart for my husband to reduce weight. Being a wife of an Software Engineer ,I am always worried about his body especially weight which is now 110 Kgs.
So can you please suggest some diet habits and additional areas where he needs to look on keeping in mind the time constraints.

This Problem is very common now days in among IT Company . People are having very busy schedule that lead to shift in their meal timing, even sometime because of work and meeting they have to skip meals. Stress and pressure of work lead to many health problems especially obesity, Bp etc.
So, we have many method to keep them healthy and fit even if they are busy and not having time to workout.

He needs to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for him.
