Hi, I would like to get some suggestion or a diet chart for weight loss . I recently started going to gym but the diet that I got from gym is little difficult to follow and i get hungry soon ..

Start doing physical activity of your choice for at least 1 hr daily regularly,if doing gym do it regularly other wise will gain more when you leave. Eat low fat low carb, high protein diet devided into 3 main and 3 small meals Keep proper hydration level Sleep at least for 6 hrs Make yourself stress free Avoid junk food and high calorie food

Take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet .Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
