Diastolic BP goes to 100 in evening
My blood pressure reamins normal in morning but at 9 pm it reaches 130/95 though i dont physically exert or take that much stress. I also get headache in evening. My cholesterol levels are high and i am taking medicine for that do i need BP medicine also ?
