Based on your dynamic history, your primary consult must be a Pulmonologist (Chest Specialist). You have an underlying medical history of mild allergic asthma, and your persistent chest tightness, daytime breathing difficulty, and disturbed sleep are classic signs of poorly controlled asthma airway hyper-responsiveness
Next Steps
To clinically review your exact inhaler molecule name, evaluate your post-DNS surgery discharge summary, and map out a definitive prescription plan for your airway tightness, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."
