In my ct report it showed sub acute intestinal obstruction(clumped ileal loops and omental thickening and few small volume mesenteric lymph nodes)diag laparoscopy but in discharge certificate it is written visualized small bowel and appears normal...What does it mean?does it mean ct report wrong and unnecessarily the surgery done?
