Sub acute intestinal obst
15 yr old girl with abdominal pain had ct scan which showed clumped ileal loops in lower abdomen +mild wall thickening +omental thickening +mesentric lymphadenitis sigmoidoscopy showed small anal fissure at 6 o clockand int. haemorrhoids after going through the reports the doc said obstruction is there in reports he needs to observe it in a better manner he also suspected tb and thus planned for diag lap+dilation(plz tell me the meaning of dilation) +haemorrhoidectomy but during surgery neither haemorrhoids nor fissure were found as eua examination was normal why?thus they failed to perform the surgery n I underwent laparoscopy +mesenteric ln biopsy +appendectomy they also foundstraw coloured  fluid in abdomen and sent it for evaluation after the reports came doc said tb is not there an infection is there He also said that he has removed all abnormalities and now I would become normal omental thickening found in ct but normal in lap why?can diag lap release clumped ileal loops?plz tell
