Hi .it seems that inspite of taking good dose of insulin your sugars are not controlled well enough. But you should understand that no one person can have fixed dose of insulin which controls sugars..in your case need to evaluate in detail your dietary schedule, physical activity levels, medicines being used along with insulin and sugars maintained during various times of day...Then only what factors need to be addressed can be identified. Just going on increasing insulin doses without addressing all of these will not help.
