The Bigomet 250mg tablets were prescribed when my fasting blood sugar was 110 and post lunch blood sugar was 188 But now I am taking Bigomet 250mg before breakfast and before dinner .simple breakfast of 2 chapatis with some vegetable or ketchup, for lunch 2 chapatis ,small quantity of rice with dal,good quantity of vegetables which has some potato ,curd about 150 ml/a full cup quantity ,in the morning and in after noon 1/3 cup of tea with standard quantity of sugar. For constipation I take 15-20 black Dryfruit (grapes) and presently at bedtime 1.5  spoon of "softaovac "(Lupin make). Some 15-25 minute indoor walking ,even after all these things my fasting blood sugar is on an average 123-130 and post lunch blood sugar is 220-230 .Three month blood sugar average about 2.5 month 8.3 Now I want to know what should be the doses or power of Bigomet . Now days due to Covid 19 ,our 75 year old family doctor is not available, therefore please help to determine about Bigomet Mohan H Joshi

So sugars need to b in target FBS 120 PPBS 140-180 HBA1c 7 considering ur age ur sugars are good. U may need to cut down on potato and sugar which u are consuming. Rest u need have regular exercise as well. Monitor sugars FBS PPBS HBA1c
