Fasting blood sugar 107 random is 140. Urine after every 3 hours but low in volume. My HBA1C is 7.5.

if u r on treatment,  then treatment has to be increased,  if not then u have to start treatment after rechecking of these values,  as HbA1c is in diabetic range,  and u have to follow diet meant for diabetes patients
