My post meal lunch sugar is high ( 180-230) and fast sugar is also high ( 140-160) . From evening after my workout the sugar levels are good (120-150). I take one medicine in the morning, should i try shifting to night, post meal or before bedtime??

This is not the best way to monitor Diabetes. you need HBA1C. You have not mentioned duration of Diabetes. Depending upon the duration, you could possibily reverse your diabetes particularly you are young. you should try for reversal of diabetes.

Your sugar control doesn't look good.. Timing of medication depends on half life of drug in body so it is different according to the drug.. Plz consult endocrinologist to modify your medications..!!

1) Sugar levels are not good 2) More than sugar levels what matters is the medicine that u r taking. Those should be helpful in long run 3) timing depends on type of medicine
