Tab Feli D one tablet for 4 kgs... accordingly deworm your cat...make sure cat is minimum active and not having fever or any severe problem before deworming... because sometimes deworming itself causes some stress to cat

Best would be having a physical exam by a veterinarian for you to get a prescription.

As you are reporting that pet is passing worms in vomit. You have to deworm your cat by Kiwof Cat tablet (1 tablet for 4 kg body weight) for three days daily. Then after you have to deworm your pet once in three months for lifetime.
Next Steps
If there is no improvement in condition by deworming the pet. You have to consult with a vet for diagnostics and specific dewormer.
