What's are your symptoms? allergy can present with runny nose/ nasal stuffiness/ nasal blockage/ itching/ nasal obstruction or all of these. Allergic Rhinitis is treated with antihistamines/ corticosteroid n nasal sprays , no surgery can get rid of your allergy. But surgery is indicated if you have a deviated septum causing your allergy to lead to complications like sinusitis / nasal polyps etc. Have you done a CT Scan PNS to see the extent of the deviation?
