Development-Wisdom Tooth
The 3rd molar is developed on both side (lowerside). Right development has caused swelling across the area. What are the remedies? Is removal the only option? How much does it cost in Delhi?

All the swelling and pain is because of food trapped below a fold of tissue on tooth. Also pain may precipitate from the opposing arch teeth impinging. Take painkillers and antibiotics with anti-inflammatory drugs. Removal is not the only solution though. We can also relieve the tooth from occlusion provided it isn't impacted which can be seen on an xray.
