Dettol liquid in pepsi
Child put 40 ml dettol disinfectant liquid in 1500ml of pepsi .. i drank 150ml of that pepsi and notice dettol smell in it I'm a 30 year old women ... please advice what should I do I'm scared ...I have pic of dettol ingredients pls see and advice am I in danger?

Larger quantity of Dettol needs immediate intervention.you have swallowed relatively a small amount ,you don't need to do anything unless you have frequent nausea or vomiting abdominal pain.Drink adequate amount of water.

You shouldn’t worry so much because 40ml dilution in 1500 ml means less than 1/30 rd part of dettol mix in 1part of Pepsi
So if you have consumed 150 ml Pepsi then 1/30 part mean 5 ml of dettol you have consumed .
5 ml dettol generally not effect cause it will be neutralised by acid of stomach.
You should drink 2-3 litre water .
