Hello ...there...water is the best detox agent. Do drink plenty of water. simultaneously one can follow detox regime .It can be planned according to severity and is highly individualise. One can have butter milk with good proportion of curd and water and some added herbs,Clear soups, vegetable and fruit juices ,special herbs soup etc. one can take Fruits ,vegetabls ,mung dal khichari with cow ghee if required. Need to follow exercise schedule along with diet .
