Is it possible for USG to detect pregnancy at the very early stage? What's the least time in which an ultrasound will detect pregnancy?

A transvaginal sonography detects pregnancy of about 5-6 weeks while an abdominal sonography typically detects it a week later. If the pregnancy is earlier than this, then few pregnancy related changes can be seen on scan, however not confirmatory. Please do a urine pregnancy test / serum beta hcg for confirmation of early pregnancy.

U hv to do a pregnancy testcwen U miss ur period
Then u cn do a scan around 5 - 6 weeks , transvaginally .
Once u miss ur period , wait for 10 to 14 days fr the scan

A serum Bhcg would detect a pregnancy even before you miss your period. On 22 or 25 th day. Ultrasound ie transvaginal around 5 weeks.!
