Hello. Very Good evening. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. As per your Ultrasound scan reports your right ovary with cyst size, I think unfortunately it should be operated as soon as possible. Please don't take unnecessarily stress and stop worrying. May be surgery will not be required or May be treated conservatively. Kindly seek an opinion from a Gynaecologist regarding the surgery. Don't worry,  these days all the surgeries done are Laproscopic and moreover they are known as key hole or button hole surgery. Regards. Take care and have a hasty recovery soon. Bye.
