Dermoid cyst in ovary
Can my dermoid cyst  removed from ovary..without removing my ovary as i hav only 1 ovary as my left ovary removed due to demoid cyst as it got twisted..and now my right ovary cyst measures nearly 3cms..can that be possible to preserve my ovary
