Ovarian cyst
I am on homeopathic medication.. and my doctor gives me the hertone syrup..i take only home food and no packaged and other junk foods.. no beverages or anything else.. i go to gym.. n as I mentioned earlier my right abdomen was swollen, after getting my period it has gone to a great extent.. my cyst is in left ovary.. and i have been on medication from the last 6 months. I am going to get the ultrasound after my period is over.. hoping for the best. Joining the gym has made me feel very active though it hurts.. How helpful it is in ovarian cysts?

You didnot mention your current weight. There is high circulating sugar in blood similar to diabetes in PCOD which doesn't let you reduce your weight. Weight loss from exercise is first sign towards cure.
