Hi....If you are suffering from ovarian cyst...do note that the cyst is due to certain hormonal imbalance....My observation over last decade plus is that females doing Gym....esply weight training....aol surely face hormonal changes...as doing weights increases levels of Testosterone  (male hormone)...which in turn will affect the entire hormonal balance....hence my sincere request is to Avoid weight training....you can surely do any other for of Aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, cycling, swimming & likewise...
Health Tips
Do continue the Homoeopathic medicines you are taking....as there are definite medicines which help to balance the hormonal equilibrium....

If you are exercising regularly and taking Homoeopathic treatment it is unlikely that you will have any further problems. Continue the treatment and exercise atleast till the time you conceive.
