It can be either but not to worry. Go back and follow up with your gynaecologist.

It can be an ectopic pregnancy or an ovarian cyst. Please seek a proper consultation with a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination and further management.

It seems to be ectopic pregnancy. Better to get it evaluated as early as possible by a gynaecologist.

Consult a Good Gynecologist Please Doing unnecessary investigations and taking treatments after reading something from the Internet or writing your queries here will only generate more chaos and we’ll be unable to get a Proper diagnosis A faint second line on a Prega News kit usually suggests early pregnancy, but it can also show up in: • Very early intrauterine pregnancy • Ectopic pregnancy Check for beta Hcg levels In the USG that you got has no intrauterine gestational sac was seen,bút this does NOT confirm ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage yet — it could still be too early to see anything on ultrasound. Gestational sac is usually seen by TVS when β-hCG is ≥1500–2000 IU/L. Other possibilities may be Hemorrhagic ovarian cyst, chocolate cyst of ovary ,Endometrioma and very Rarely ovarian tumor as you’re so young Call or go to emergency immediately if you have: • Lower abdominal pain (especially one-sided) • Vaginal bleeding • Shoulder tip pain • Fainting or dizziness (sign of rupture) Ovarian cancer is extremely rare at your age and does not present with a positive pregnancy test.Heterogeneous ovarian lesions are common and often benign (like hemorrhagic cysts)
