A Cyst in Right Ovary
I m 28 years old female Suffering from abdominal pain from last 6 months and now in Ultrasound Scan its shows as Right Ovary shows a cyst with peripheral echogenic areas with absent internal vascularity measuring 28x25 mm Likely to represent hemorrhage cyst. please suggest me what i have to do.
