Cyst In Right Ovary - I Am Unmarried Girl. I Had Stomachache Few

I am unmarried girl. I had stomachache few days ago and gone for ultrasound where it shows right ovary is bulky with cyst measures 36mm×33mm. Despite the cyst i had my periods this months. I haven't missed periods since few years. Plz answer asap.
