Poly cystic ovary
I am taking pills of himalayas eve care 2 times a day from past 3 months to cure my problem of poly cystic ovary is it OK. If no then plzzzz suggest me some other medicine

It is suggested to take lakshmanarishtam 2 spoons + hansapadi kashayam 3 spoons after food with warm water.
tab Pushpadhanva+chandraprabha+kuberaksha vati 1 tab each before food 2 times.
improve your lifestyle.
Exercise early morning(don't go to gym)
take food on time.
night food before 8.30 pm and half the quantity of the afternoon.
never take breakfast before bath in morning.
I would suggest Panchakarm treatment be to be done.
its very use full in pcod.
