Dear Sir
There are numerous antidepressants available and the side effects may differ depending on the class of Antidepressant. Antidepressant can broadly be taken for a long term without any significant side effects. Long term side effects of some commonly used antidepressants are sexual problems, weight gain feeling apathetic.. However, not all the patients who take them suffer from these side effects.. Please do not stop or alter the medication without consulting your psychiatrist.
