Hi. Allow yourself little freedom for symptom release. Be active. Take responsibility of yourself and family members.  Be occupied with pleasurable and mood enhancing activities. Be yourself.

Hi I would like to know that how did you diagnose these symptoms. Did you do by yourself or someone said to you? For your age, please need not to think to this extent. 1. It can be comparatively LESS INTEREST than loss of interest 2. Negative thoughts are normal. But we should know how to ignore it 3. Lack of energy is due to OVERTHINKING 4. Less ATTENTION and INTEREST than lack of concentration 5. Please consult with a psychotherapist or psychologist or psychiatrist about your doubts on psychomotor rhythms Take these sumptoms easy. Chill up and talk to a therapist. You will feel lot more better
