Depression,lack of motivation
Is there anyway to completely forget something? Every little thing keeps on reminding me of one person and I can't help but ponder over the same stuffs that in turn deteriorate my mental health. I know the best solution is to forget everything that happened and move on. But it is just not happening. Please help.

Goodday Friend,  i can understand your concern. Unfortunately, we don't have a delete command in our mind to remove all the unwanted.memories. But we do have the mechanism to move them into a low priorities or less important memories.  Obviously it need help and assistance for experts. Be positive.  You can overcome this problem if you are willing to make few mindset changes and follow few techniques and recommendation. Are you ? Be aware,  every individual is unique due to their upbringing, culture, society, lifestyle, environment, food habits, education, family values etc. So there is no one fit solutions for all. General advices, Google search, youtube videos won't give better results in handling individual's emotional disturbance. You need a have  human touch  to ventilate your feeling and  emotions to identify the root cause of your problems . Then suitable solutions and therapies plan can be identified jointly. All tips are tested…!! Take a new hair cut. Bath whenever you feel low. Sleep a lot but wake up early in the morning and learn to love see the Sun. Deactivate your social media accounts. Start playing outdoor games. Start running, and meditation if you can concentrate. Start reading. Start yog, yog can change your life,trust me. Talk to yourself, will help you a lot. Start laughing, even for a small reason. Start writing your daily activity. Travel alone. Make a goal of your life and work hard to get it. Stay happy Stay blessed
