Depression&imaginary thoughts
I have been suffering from some kinds of mental disorder which lead me to depression and unnatural state. I can't be able to do urgent works and unable to interpret the problem although I know that it is baseless thought. I often try to judge myself and scrutinise previous frivolous behaviour or conversation even find myself uneasy to say anything.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. We as humans have different levels of ability to deal with problems. Nonetheless many manage to lead normal lives. However few develop anxiety and depression, which doesn't help the original problems. If it is the case, please consult psychiatrist for assessment and treatment. Best wishes.
