HiHello sir, I am 26year old , I am suffering from Anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts past 3months and having issue with my sleeping disorder with can't relief with that. Some time have severing with that some time hand shaking and headache , I have taking some medications like alprazolam, stalopham, clozapam and some others at internet solutions but seems it's not worth for my situation, I have suffering from mental disorder with that which I can't tell to some one with that problem, I have no idea what to do and some others. Help me pls ?
