Im in depression from 3 years, taking nexito and after that docror added pexep. Can I stop taking pexep as someone told me its from same group.

Do not stop medication with out consulting your doctor you have to take it till he or she recommend you to continue ...With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..good luck
