There is chance of cure of the disease if you take proper homoeopathic treatment. This needs chronic treatment. Antidepressant medicine given by psychiatrist may be continued for life long but in case of homoeopathic treatment if treatment is started early then treatment don't need to carry life long. You need also Consult Psychologist for better mental health management , who teach you how to deal worse conditions in life with ur own. Best wishes. Consult Me or Homoeopathic doctor and psychologist for treatment.

this is a complicated co-morbid condition, which needs a detailed and extensive investigation after which we will be able to establish the current status and diagnosis. Any solution which needs to be established and implemented has to stem from detailed awareness and knowledge about your situation, not only for the professionals but for yourself as the client too. the few details that you have mentioned needs rigorous medical as well psycho-social measures to counter and adapt with. Mood disturbances and heightened anxiety are dealt in part with medications and consistent/routine psychotherapy. they also include continuous monitoring of your surroundings and triggering points to your condition. it involves dealing with your ideas and perspectives of your self and your surroundings. relaxation and meditation techniques will help in managing experiences of anxiety and depression. discussions in psycho therapeutic settings will help you recognize and be aware of your thoughts and feelings/emotions and assist you in regulating them than them dictating your behavioral and experiential outcomes. fundamental to all this is a accurate understanding and insight into the issues your facing right now and coming out with immediate steps to manage them
Next Steps
immediately consult an expert, understand and conceptualize your issues, make a list of goals to work upon.

Hello, If a formal diagnosis of the same has been made, it might be better if you approach your psychiatrist and mention the recent exacerbation in symptoms. Often depending on the severity of symptoms and the disruption it is causing in daily life, medication and therapy may be advised.
Next Steps
Call your psychiatrist if you already have one or get in touch with one in your area. Also, therapy is highly advised as it can help you with moving to an optimal level of daily functioning.
Health Tips
In the meantime, try engaging in activities that help you feel better, even if only momentarily. Identify a list of activities that help you feel better and include them in your daily schedule. Do consult with a therapist/clinical psychologist (they’re the same-just different names they’re known by) and get the necessary help based on a detailed assessment.

If it is Bipolar Disorder then you need to have proper treatment which includes medication along with some psychotherapy but medication is very important part in treatment. I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist nearby or online for detail discussion and evaluation so diagnosis is confirmed and accordingly treatment can be suggested. All the best

It is important to find the root cause of your depression. The root cause can be any event in the past, any insecurity or simply not being self sufficient. Once the root cause is identified it will be easy to work .
