Depression
I'm unsure if I have depression or just having depressed moments. Have been feeling this for very long, but unsure whether i need to check on this. Looking up online - but that's never useful. I'm not sure how to proceed with this or should I just ignore this.

Hello madam. My warm greetings to you. Whatever it may be, if it is concerning you, my best advice would be to go for proper evaluation with the professionals. If you are hesitant, try doing patient health questionnaire - self reporting scale to screen depression. If you are screened positive for depression of any degree, pls don't hesitate further.
Next Steps
Meet a psychiatrist if she is screened positive for depression
