I have the problem of thoughts which are negative .. and my mind accepts those thoughts and get fixed so I am not able to differentiate real and fake thoughts .. I get blank .. I forget Wat s right and wrong.. due to these I suffer from depression. Stress. I am not able to focus .. I lose myself.. sometimes in worse situation I can't control my mind.. These thoughts are not controllable sometimes.. so can u find problem I might suffering from
