Hi, The symptoms you're experiencing—disturbed sleep, loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed, sudden weight gain, social withdrawal, difficulty focusing on studies, diminished confidence, and anxiety about starting new tasks—are indicative of underlying emotional or mental health challenges, possibly depression or an anxiety disorder. It’s important to remember that you're not alone, and help is available even if you feel like you have no friends or guides. Reaching out to a mental health professional, such as a counselor or therapist, can provide you with support, understanding, and strategies to manage these feelings. Additionally, talking to trusted family members or seeking help from helpline services can be vital steps toward healing. Prioritizing self-care, maintaining a routine, and gradually engaging in small activities can also help start the process of recovery. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, and taking that first step can lead to positive changes in your well-being.
