Need to know what medication you are on. If only SSRIs, no addiction potential. If you are suddenly stopping, then rebound may occur.
Next Steps
consult psychiatrist for evaluation and help

Antidepressants do not belong to addiction category of medications. If your disorder is a persistent depressive disorder, then you need long term antidepressants. Do you call people taking medications for diabetes, hypertension and hypothyroidism addicted to them. You don't. If you are taking medications not under treatment protocol or over the counter wrongly then it becomes addiction, not those which restore the body milieu. Good luck

Sudden stoppage of medication will show withdrawal effect. So taper the medication gradually.

Once you feel okay for a while, medicines would be tapered off gradually. If its not helping, consult your treating psychiatrist or any other psychiatrist
