Yes, a paediatrician will be able to help with Latching. About the complex feelings of guilt and detachment you mention. Seems like you may need to consult a mental health expert. Because of the emotional rollercoster that pregnancy and child birth are, and the hormones are increased, you are more likely to have mood changes. If these symptoms go on for more than 2 weeks, you must consult a psychiatrist.

Hi.. post partum period is a stressful time. How you deal with that stress depends on your emotional state, any medical conditions you have, the amount of support you have from family members, temperament of the baby , etc. A range of post partum disorders range from post partum blues( often goes off by its own) to post partum depression, anxiety and psychosis ( needs medications and counseling).
Next Steps
Consult for further evaluation and management
Health Tips
Try talking to family members, relaxation exercises, meditation.

Hi it's a common problem. A lot of women face it. I think you should talk to a a lactation expert for this. Even after that if you are failing and you can you know, pump your milk or you can like whatever suits your baby. But yes, I mean there are different ways to bond with your baby. So don't feel guilty because your baby needs a happy mother, a guilt free mother. So if you are stressed all the time, it will also be transferred to your baby. whatever best you can make out of the situation you do that i'm sure you're trying your best as a new mom and whether you are able to breastfeed or not is not the sole indicator of your bonding with your baby all the best
