For a Practo response, keep it empathetic, reassuring, and encourage evaluation without jumping to conclusions: From what you’ve described, it appears you’re experiencing significant stress that is affecting your sleep, concentration, physical health, and work. These symptoms are commonly seen with anxiety and chronic stress, but a proper assessment is important to understand what’s contributing to them. I would recommend consulting a mental health professional at the earliest. With the right support, therapy, and if required, medical intervention, these symptoms can improve significantly. Please don’t ignore them or try to push through on your own …early intervention often leads to better outcomes. Take care.
