I am architecture student. So I get enough stress through this ... I often feel I am weak.. not looking good.. and so on .... sometimes I am getting too much depressed.. I don't know what to do.. I think of even suicide.. my friends often scold me... but no benefit.. can u please help me

i understand your suffering. your depression is because of some belief pattern you have. you need to work on it dear. u are too small to suffer this way. speak to your parents and meet a psychiatrist. u will also need psychotherapy like CBT and mindfulness. start eating well and go for a walk.
