Hello, i have some problems which i don't know is because of depression or not. 1. Can't focus on studies. 2. Not enjoying things, hobbies, or anything i used to be passionate about. 3.i used to be curious about everything, now i dont care for anything. 4.i dont feel anything strongly i used to. 5.too fearful and avoid situations which i am not comfortable with. Like run away from all the problems. Do i have to consult a therapist? Am i depressed?
