Hi, I am sorry to hear about your problem. It must be very difficult for you to deal with constant negative thoughts. I can see signs of faulty thought pattern which makes you focus on only the negative aspects of a situation and filters out all positive ones. This can lead to feelings of anxiety and depression. Your head pain is also a symptom of your psychological distress. It will be beneficial for you to seek professional help. If you are reluctant to do that, I would really recommend talking to a close friend or relative. You can try the following exercise: List down all your negative thoughts & feelings and try to challenge them. Do this exercise with a trusted friend or family member. Good luck and I hope you find a way to deal with your problem!
