I am a sufferer of ibs for almost 10 years. Due to flatulence and bloating issues I find it difficult to sit in classroom among others or be in public. The flatulence issue makes me embarrassed every day.
Gradually I have lost my social, personal life too. Even my work at office gets affected. I left my job recently.
Today I consulted a psychiatrist and she has prescribed few sleeping and anxiety pills.. I am scared to take those as I doubt I may get addicted to it. Please help
