Ibs and depression are often seen together. You have history of tb as well. Ibs can be very troublesome and lead to worsening of depression. Medicines and a strict diet can help you.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Depression have a very intricate relationship, IBS can lead to or worsen depression and vice versa. Fortunately, a host of antidepressants and anxiolytics are available for control of IBS symptoms with comorbid depression. I would recommend you to consult a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and subsequent starting of medications for remission of your symptoms.
