Depression & Anxiety Treatment
I'm very confident i need medication to treat my depression and anxiety, but how can i do this without my parents knowing? can i consult a doctor and will it be private between us if i talk about my situation? or are they required to tell my parents/guardians?

As you are a minor it is advised that you go to the doctor alongwith your parents. Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.

Great Morning my dear friend! I think in this age, usually we take ourselves away from our parent. Due to some Harmonal changes/ Generation gap we do not want to disclose the situation to our parent. But we should always remember that none other than our parent can help/ think the Best and appropriate for us. Whatever problem is there which causes/create depression, please discuss with one of your parent (Mom/Dad/Grandma/Grandpa). I am sure, he/she will definitely help you out to rid off the problems/Depression.
Next Steps
Introspection. Meditation.
